Kanebridge Lifestyle Services believe that every tenant has a value to the community as a whole and can help to grow and nurture the community. If a tenant has a particular talent or particular skill, we will provide opportunities within the community for that person to put that talent to use and to have deductions from rent according to how many hours are put to use during the week. For example, if there is a piano teacher within the community who teaches 10 hours to tenants per week, that might result in a significant reduction to that person’s rent.

Kanebridge Lifestyle Services will be offering tenants their own Debit or Visa card which can be used within and without the community. Owners of the Kanebridge Card will also be able to take advantage of a bespoke accounting package in which all bills and direct debits can be taken care of and administered on the card owner’s behalf.

Kanebridge Lifestyles Services offers a unique way of maintaining facilities management, where they offer primarily all the maintenance jobs that do not require skilled labour, such as cleaning, lawn mowing, gardening, are all offered firstly to those within the buildings’ community.
